Picture Frame glass is 2mm thick.

There are two types, clear or diffused reflection.

The clear glass is just like the ordinary float glass. The maximum size for this is 920mm x 1220mm. Discounts are available on bulk stock orders (stock sizes only). Get in touch for more details.

Diffused reflection is glass which is slightly rough on one side which breaks up the light hitting the glass so that you do not get reflections of objects on the picture. This can help to prevent discolouration or sun damage to a photo or picture.

We stock both 2mm clear and Diffused Reflection glass.

2mm glass should not be used in windows, it is far too fragile. For thin window glass we recommend you use 3mm clear.
